The definitive Internet reference source for urban legends, folklore, myths, rumors, and misinformation.
Mostly r/worldnews as a delta hub for everything and then I check the sources individually through mediabiasfactcheck.com and secondary sources. APnews, The Atlantic, BBC, Reuters, NYT, and a couple of German publications such as TAZ or SZ have a good rep when it comes to reporting, but clickbaity titles are everywhere nonetheless. Several political neutral sources drifted off into a more biased reporting style recently since they've been overtaken by new owners. Examples of this would be politico.com . I can also recommend snopes.com for additional fact checking if something looks or sounds weird, but they are usually a couple of days behind, since they try to do a thorough investigation first before they debunk or confirm a claim.
