Can I map the Control+Shift+Command+4 "Copy picture of selected area to clipboard" feature to a single button?

If you're new to Macs, I can recomment BetterTouchTool app for programming actions with the trackpad (as an example I set 5-finger tap to screenshot and double-tap with 4 fingers to switch between windows of active app). If you take a lot of screenshots you might like Skitch app to easily annotate them too :).
