if you try to connect ip from portmap io? no, it can't, you only connect via localhost , and your friends/relatives/anyone can connect with the portmap ip provided that it's different wifi, different network, different public/private ip, and I managed to port forward the inecraft server on portmap.io , if you don't understand how to use portmap io? Don't use it if you don't understand!
