Quaffle focuses on simplicity - instead of packing a myriad of HR functions into one platform in a mediocre way, Quaffle focuses exclusively on delivering the easiest-to-use feedback and appraisal tool on the market. This makes it particularly suitable for lean organisations and retail-focused businesses, where simplicity, speed and mobile-first are paramount.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

Quaffle's answer

Adopting new systems is normally a complex and time-consuming undertaking (onboarding, set-up, training). Most enterprise-grade platforms also have intransparent pricing and lock companies in for 12 month periods.

Quaffle delights with the opposite: onboarding requires only an email address, set-up is done for you, training materials are shared in advance (PDF and YouTube tutorials) and platform navigation couldn't be simpler. Each seat is only $3.99 per month and is pro-rated on a monthly basis - you can cancel anytime.

How would you describe your primary audience?

Quaffle's answer

If your team consists of 25 to 75 people, we think we could be a great option to consider. We are sector-agnostic and work with companies across all sectors, but are particularly valuable for companies in retail environments, where mobile access, affordability and simplicity are paramount.
