Even though they are owned by the same company as agoda.com, I got a full refund, no further questions asked. • YSK some websites track your browsing history and will increase the cost of items or flights after repeat viewings. If you want to prevent this, browse incognito, delete your cookies or maybe use a VPN

  Agoda.com does this shamelessly, I was trying to book a room and it was the "last room" it then got sold out after I clicked around comparing hotels. Naturally agoda then offers me a more expensive room since the other one is "sold out". Source: over 2 years ago
