I sympathize with you bro 'cuz IM also a teen and didn't have a PC until recently...I tried coding on phone but it just wasn't comfortable and I had to wait almost an entire year to learn to code...Just try online compilers I didn't know 'bout them and I think replit.com 's app is very good.....Just don't give up on learning to code...
