  If you're referring to companies with TC comparable to Facebook in liquid compensation, yes, 95% of those are probably full or frozen at this point in time. The new grad Github list won't be sufficient at this stage of the game. But you'd be surprised what you can still find at this point if you search hard enough. Be aware that the majority of internships on Wellfound are unpaid or only equity, but at least for most, it doesn't require you to be a current undergraduate student (like the majority of UX internships).
