Wrong. Your component would still be fixed width. You just said "flexbox and media queries" which coincidentally I have mentioned before in this thread, you didn't even mention changing the fixed width of the component. This just proves you do not understand CSS. Can you please go to VS code, make a div, give it a background color and set its width to say 1300px and it's height to 400px and now resize the screen... Hello all. I'm teaching myself front end development and in the early stages of JS. I was browsing some websites on awwwards.com and I found a cool website that scrolls through space. It's an advert for a mobile game I think, here is the project. Source: over 2 years ago
Does anyone know of a site like awwwards.com but for mobile apps? They do have a category for this on their site but it leans towards mobile view of desktop sites rather than mobile apps. Source: almost 3 years ago
But we need to get on awwwards.com with our 5GB js bundles. Source: almost 3 years ago
First off, you can be successful with either degree. A lot of famous designers on sites like awwwards have a degree called Digital Arts and Media Design and they primarily use WebFlow and a little bit of html/css/js to build out their stuff. Some only have graphic design degrees, but they are still big as well. Source: almost 3 years ago

I see awwwards.com is quite famous when it comes to introducing unique websites to users. However, I noticed that just to submit one personal website here, costs around 65USD(wow sounds a lot to me). What do web devs really get out of posting their website at the cost of this? Is it just because of the promotion of your personal website? Source: almost 3 years ago
Look at sites you like. You can go to sites like awwwards.com to find some. Source: almost 3 years ago
OR if you've got an idea in mind let me know, e.g. Like a planned out responsive Figma design with colors/typography/motion already planned out that looks professional (like a site on awwwards.com) we could do that instead. Source: about 3 years ago
Browse through dribbble.com, awwwards.com, behance.com and get inspiration. Source: about 3 years ago
Then there are websites, that are very creative, unique, give a totally different experience than what I mentioned before and some very nice examples can be found on awwwards.com. I will not give any specific examples, so as not to advertise them, but I think you all know what I mean. Source: over 3 years ago

I will build the templates from scratch using HTML and SCSS. Maybe I can see about using SLIM or something similar for pre-processing the HTML. I'm designing everything in Figma, and you can view that here. I'm thinking, just build the finish wireframes as is and launch. Then improve from there by adding UI & animation until it looks like a site that can be on Awwwards.com. - Source: dev.to / almost 4 years ago
Just to add. Steal like an Artist/Designer is a good thing to keep in mind in a creative field. Essentially it means to take something that's already been done and put a twist on it. I would highly recommend OP to look at all the other portfolios out there (check awwwards.com for some good ones) and redesign your site.
