Since I couldn't find any native mailing list from sony I subscribed to PSN blog using blogtrottr.com. Just input the blog url, your email address and you are done. Its ugly but its free. Once a day blogtrottr will search for updates in that url and send you new articles if there's any. Source: over 3 years ago
My only other related suggestion that I personally use for other use cases is a RSS to Email service https://blogtrottr.com/ but that requires adding each podcast rss individually. I wouldn't use Newpipe or RedReader if it wasn't for the ability to use RSS feeds independently and have them fed into my email client, FairEmail by my RSS to Email provider, Blogtrottr because as standalone clients for browsing they are both rather horrid, but passing that off to my email client and using them purely for interactions they become flawless, (for me anyway).
