I used givelegacy.com . They mail you a kit and have you overnight it back. Whole process was bonkers easy and they even sent me a second kit cause my first sperm count was too low. Source: about 1 year ago
The fees as listed are so much higher than the mail-in services as to put it out of reach for me to pay out-of-pocket. Storage at $1780 for 5 years is a lot higher than $595 from givelegacy.com, ro.com with the Planned Parenthood discount was even lower, but they aren't available at the moment.
