Use sketchup (it's free) to model it, then you can go to hubs.com or shapeways to get a quote on a 3D printed part. If it's gonna be out of the sun, you can probably get by with PLA. Otherwise use PETG for higher heat resistance. Source: over 1 year ago

Well, I don’t know where you live. But I’m sure you can look up references/referrals in your area. If not Cartier will not disappoint. If you want to look online. I recommend 1stdibs.com. Their sellers are 100% vetted. I’ve been working with them for 7 years. Source: about 1 year ago
I can tell you one thing, these toys in perfect shape command big money. They really are beautiful. I did a post not long ago about a futuristic friction car - the kind where you pull the car back on a hard floor then release it to go forward.
