Acuity or Calendly would also let you do this. People normally use these sites to allow their clients to schedule meetings or classes, but you could certainly set up a calendar for your boss where you are the only "client" — you're the only person who schedules meetings. Regarding email, I find the Mail app to be adequate for most purposes. However, I do prefer Mimestream on Mac and Spark on iOS for their user interface.
