Find Private DNS in Settings, enable it and enter custom provider, either dns.adguard-dns.com or p2.freedns.controld.com should do the trick. If you need more control and filtering, https://adguard.com/en/adguard-android/overview.html. Source: about 1 year ago
  • Using NetGuard over Blokada 5
The Github release of NetGuard can do filtering with host file by itself https://github.com/M66B/NetGuard/blob/master/ADBLOCKING.md, another option is AdGuard app https://adguard.com/en/adguard-android/overview.html. Source: about 1 year ago
  • Google maps App now shows ads, is there any way to stop this? it didn't used to be this way

  • ad guard down?
If it's in Private DNS settings, does it work when you try switching to other DoT provider like say, p2.freedns.controld.com or adblock.doh.mullvad.net? If they all also fail, then your network block DoT and you need to use DoH either with AdGuard app or others like Nebulo or Intra. Source: over 1 year ago
