  If you want a graphic design job then you need a portfolio that shows more design and a lot less illustration. I think a lot of hiring managers probably see your portfolio and immediately close the tab because they don’t see the design projects hiding among all of those 3D illustration projects.   Download and install the File Converter, right-click on an image file such as jpg, png, etc. And hover over "File Converter" which should be above "Open with," go to "Configure presets," go to webp, set the quality to something reasonable like 90 (you can even go lower), save.
