You might want to consider Airmail Pro or Business as an alternative. I think it has all the features you are looking for. They offer a privacymode and some privacy features but I don't have any experiences with this app or company. Good luck! Source: over 2 years ago

Also, I don't think Airmail responds on here much, but I've found if you click the chat icon at the bottom right of this page, they're pretty good about responding by email. Yeah, the ability to do this is ~3 years old, so there are few no-code tools, and it's expensive to do in house. None of the no-code tools that do exist are verticalized around eCommerce.
