Nothing that I know of that works automatically, but if you have the time to go through the playlist manually, you could use something like Mick Tagger or the Mini Player Plug-in for Alfred to quickly add songs to a particular playlist. Source: over 2 years ago

NetNewsWire - While there are certainly apps that look better in terms of the UI, this is probably the most you'll be able to get completely free.
