  When I travel, I look at eater.com for food recs, alltrails.com for hiking recs and google maps for anything not covered by those aggregators. This works out most of the time, and certainly provides higher-quality responses than random people on reddit. Source: 7 months ago

  How long of a hike/walk? Bridle Trails is fantastic. Trilogy area of Redmond (Redmond Ridge) also has a ton of trails. I highly recommend the alltrails.com app or site. You can search by easy/moderate/hard and distance and using the map zoom into a specific area. Source: 12 months ago

  OH and use alltrails.com to look up trails you're interested in and see the latest conditions. If I were you, and people are saying there's an active bear on a trail I would avoid it since you are alone. You'll find some trails people mention not great visibility around some corners or due to huckleberry bushes...I'd avoid those too on your own. • Trying out Hevy with my clients. My Thoughts

  On the web interface, your can nest your workouts into folder so that they're easy to track and organize. For example if you're on a PPL 6 week meso-cycle you can create every workout for the next 6 weeks on hevy.com . But once synced to the Apple Watch the folders just become a flat list which you have to scroll through to find the right workout. Would be nice if folder structure transferred to apple watch .
