The nice thing about AWS is that you could use Amazon S3 Glacier storage if you can live with slower retrieval (5-12 hours). Cheaper than that would be Azure Archive or AWS Glacier since their storage costs $0.00099 per month for 1GB, but it takes a while to retrieve data back.
