Anaplan (anaplan.com) is an option as you'll need to setup an integration via tray.io. They are not add-ons but separate applications that will take your Xero data and replicate a copy of the data into Anaplan. Use a scheduling app to find out when everyone will be free. We used Doodle for a while, but the creators kept changing/breaking it, so we've switched to xoyondo.com which is basically Doodle when Doodle was good. Source: almost 2 years ago
