Go to anidb.net and mess around with the advanced character search function. You'll probably get a solid list (though obviously it isn't going to be exhaustive). I could be wrong, but your request might also be what people refer to as "oppai loli"? Might be worth looking into. Source: about 1 year ago
Try messing around with the advanced search function over at anidb.net. Source: almost 1 year ago
May I suggest Game Guardian? It requires root and is a very versatile app. It is often used for hacks and cheats, but you could use only the speedup function. Though, that doesn't work with all games, sadly. Source: over 2 years ago

Lucky patcher only works on offline games. Also some developers have really good protection like Gameloft. You can also try using Game Guardian and try to change values on games like bitlife. Source: almost 3 years ago
GameGuardian and HappyMod are both mobile exploits. Its a bit unfair, but these exploits are worse than JJSploit. Gonna give them credit though, mobile exploits weren't possible a few years ago (again, was a dumb kid). Calamari was one too, but you needed a jailbroken iOS phone. Source: about 3 years ago
