You know I tried a lot of things, todoist, any.do, meistertasks, notion, one note, google keep, microsoft excel, taskade and everything had some problem/flaw where I felt missing. I am still using google keep, all my raw material and quick thoughts are in it, but it cannot handle huge lists and starts becoming slow. It is just good for few lines. Hey! I know exactly what you mean: de-scrambling sentences and lists because of those damn columns sucks, but being blind, and with relatively few pdf, text, doc, etc, or interactive cyoas, it's complicated. My experience is, the drive to doc technique is probably the best, but onlineocr.net isn't bad either: on really hard conversions, I use both. The best OCR I have come across on the internet is the one on onlineocr.net however its page limit makes its paid version not worth buying.
