If you ever do this again, have a couple layers of "D'oh!" proofing. Record locally if you can. If you can't then set up something like Open Streaming Platform. So that you stream to it, it records on it's server, and also redirects the stream to youtube. OSP can do all this out of the box and it's very good at it. Source: about 3 years ago
