It works through Crossover, I just tried it on M1 Pro and there are indeed small glitches when looking through portals, but otherwise it runs pretty well (after initial small stutters on texture loading). In general, the cell bands used in the US are not supported by many Xiaomi and Redmi phones (not sure if any of them have good coverage of US bands). Check on gsmarena.com for the band coverage and then check your carrier's website for what bands they have service on.
