I think that it really depends on what the PWA is trying to do and its purpose. I think the Twitter, Instagram, and Starbucks apps are both good examples of what can be done. Go to the Appscope website ( http://appsco.pe/) on the KaiOS phone and you will find a list of Progressive Web Apps. Some work better than others. Pin the app to the Apps Menu.
