Well...yes, you can find part-time work or freelance, but that might make it hard to provide yourself with the necessities you need to have time and space to create art: shelter, food, transportation, etc. Also, most employers are going to want a full-time employee. Highly recommend getting into software sales. You can have an on target earning of 200K in about 5 years. (Typically sales roles are split 50/50 in SaaS so the on target earnings, OTE, is $100K salary/$100K commission if you hit your quota.)
