Arcentry SHAXPIRI love the product! Love using it, and it works a treat for me. However, if something goes wrong, the customer service is very poor. There are two versions of SHAXPIR. A free version, and a paid version, yet support is the same - almost non-existent! - It seems to be a 'one-man band' who is the support, perhaps he should have some more help?

What is difference between Yours tool and others like arcentry.com lucidchart.com cloudcraft.co hava.io ? Would be nice to support diagrams as code ( generated from kubernetes states, terraform, pulumi, etc..) Personally I dont think that another diagram tool can beat ^ platforms.
