It's hard to enforce developers to update documentation. Ideally, you should have somebody responsible to do it. As for the documentation stack, archbee.io for both internal and external. I also recommend an adblocker like Adblock plus or a privacy browser like Brave to limit the amount they can learn about you when not in Private Mode. Add more gray man to your everyday web use.
