If you ask me, browser tabs are #1 cause of distractions even for non-ADHD people. Unlike a desk where you leave bunch of things open and stacked on top of each other to come back to things, bookmarking tabs is like chucking them away in some drawer in the basement. Which is why people hoard them like crazy hoping they'll be able to sort and process them some day. There's no way a person can be productive in that... Source: over 2 years ago
