I stumbled upon this beautiful diagram that shows a variety of Berlin building blocks. Although the original image seemed to be hosted in a website called are.na, the link seems to be completely dead now. Source: 10 months ago
Why? I'm doing yet another research project about this great building. It's been such a core part of so many people's lives. From going to Ginsberg and Wong with family, to going there after OCAD classes. I want to preserve the history of this place. If you're interested, I have an are.na channel with all the pictures I've collected so far in this folder ->... Source: 10 months ago
It has a limited free option only, the rest is premium. Also are.na seems shady to me, even the front page is fugly lol. Source: about 1 year ago
Have you tried are.na? it's definitely more design/art focused but it lets you upload images into blocks/collections and organize them. Source: about 1 year ago
I think are.na might be a good fit for you, it’s like Pinterest’s goth little brother. It’s mostly artists are on there and they have a load of channels (boards) about UI animation. Source: about 1 year ago
I prefer Kodi: https://kodi.tv/ It is free and open sourced and won't use DRM or phone home on you. Nothing comes out on DVD anymore, everything is Video Streaming paid per month or year. - Source: Hacker News / about 2 months ago

Honestly? I use https://beets.io/ to organise all my FLAC on my NAS. I expose the /Music directory over NFC. I use https://kodi.tv/ to stream music to my amp. I manually pick the album I want to listen to. Kodi also has a fairly reasonable web UI. Keep it simple. - Source: Hacker News / about 1 year ago
Do yourself a favor, get a shitty PC or raspberry pi, plug it into your TV, and install Kodi on it. Source: about 1 year ago
Kodi sounds like what you're describing. You connect it to a tv and it can play media from your network, or use add-ons for internet streaming. I'm not sure if it includes the most popular streaming services, but I suppose you could use a browser for those. Source: about 1 year ago
