AvidViews is a web-based online qualitative research tool created by Avidestal Technologies. It has been specifically designed to help users conduct online Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) and In-Depth Interviews (IDIs). It is a DIY-style tool to help users get access to a number of features like sentiment analysis, heat mapping and backroom management et cetera, which are not available in regular video calling tools with the multiple invitee types functionality, users can add multiple types of invitees like Clients, Moderator, Respondents, and Translator. The digital one-way mirror lets users add up to 3 moderators, 3 clients, 9 Participants, and 1 translator. Staff members can generate sentiment analysis reports and understand the underlying emotions of your consumers and access the heat mapping tool to understand how your media is affecting your consumers.
It also lets users export audio transcripts and keep a record of all their discussions. The in-call polls tool lets employees create live polls during video conferences and utilize the backroom participants feature to add any number of combinations of users.
