I like to use PromptLayer for this. But you could easily set up a simple CRUD web app to track prompts/average completion token # length, different variations. So if you want to play against Stockfish, play against it. And in fact I would recommend not playing it on chess.com or Lichess with their artificial crippling levels. Download Stockfish, put it on a GUI and play it full strength and have fun getting utterly demolished. Source: about 1 year ago

Just to analyze positions in general, you can use the analysis boards on websites, and I'd recommend also having an offline chess GUI running Stockfish. You can sometimes go deeper and fiddle with more things. My recommendations are Scid vs. PC or PyChess. You would need to download Stockfish too, as the built-in ones are a bit oudated.
