Balsamiq has been pretty good for me so far. It's super bare-bones so it's better for copy mockups than actual UX design. It's also a lot easier than Figma. Note that you don't have to use the default comic sans, but I do because it's funny. Source: over 1 year ago

- tango.us will forever be my greatest help article hack. It's free and has a super easy extension. It's cut my writing in half, if not more. Instead of writing things step by step, I just turn on Tango, go through the process, and everything is nicely documented. I typically edit the text to provide a little more detail, but besides that, it basically generates a help article in 5 minutes that's easy to export.... Source: over 1 year ago
