  Sometimes a server just doesn't show up in the server list. You can try finding the server in just-wiped.net or battlemetrics.com there is a connect button in these websites that connects you to the server through your steam account.   GameGuardian and HappyMod are both mobile exploits. Its a bit unfair, but these exploits are worse than JJSploit. Gonna give them credit though, mobile exploits weren't possible a few years ago (again, was a dumb kid). Calamari was one too, but you needed a jailbroken iOS phone. Source: about 3 years ago
