With the number of decks that I have to produce, I've succumb to using Themforest.net for some consistent deck themes. Those templates are fairly easy to tweak. However, as of late, I've started using beautiful.ai for building quick and decent-looking decks. Before that, if you are not focusing on the front end and are focusing on something else, regardless of the programming language, you can always rely on Google and YouTube as your primary sources of help.
