  I did a quick google search and found befunky.com - never used them before so I'm not endorsing them or anything. But if you use their photo editor, go into the effects tab and then go to cinematic, the first option under cinematic is 'film grain'. Thats what you are looking for. Source: about 2 years ago

  No problem, we are all here to support each other and I sincerely liked your work. I actually use online editing websites such as befunky.com because it's more practical and requires less technical work but if you're serious, you can learn some tricks on Adobe Photoshop which would be the more professional approach.   My company instituted Bonusly and honestly its been great to have a system similar to what you are talking about. A way to give people 5-10 credits of recognition publicly so that it can add up to a $10 gift card after 10-20 "gifts" so far has been a great way to encourage each other to be helpful.
