I did a quick google search and found befunky.com - never used them before so I'm not endorsing them or anything. But if you use their photo editor, go into the effects tab and then go to cinematic, the first option under cinematic is 'film grain'. Thats what you are looking for. Source: about 2 years ago

I actually use online editing websites such as befunky.com because it's more practical and requires less technical work but if you're serious, you can learn some tricks on Adobe Photoshop which would be the more professional approach. Lately I've been messing around with one called mmm.page, it's pretty fun and focuses on capturing your own aesthetic. The paid plan to connect your domain costs 10 USD a month.
