I guess it's really safe cause it's open source, you can make notes on your habits but don't really do that. Its simple. Really fast. Haven't found a way to connect it to notion. In general it's a great app to track you habits. Does its job. Not more, not less.

I use a Windows program called Big Stretch Reminder. Not the prettiest, but gets the job done with a balloon reminder or popup window. Can even set it to lock your desktop for a certain amount of time, forcing you to take a break. Source: about 2 years ago
Set a reminder on your phone to get up and stretch once an hour. If you work in an office and are able to install applications I recommend "Big Stretch Reminder" it has intrusive reminders every hour to get up and stretch. Source: about 3 years ago
