Middle managers not adapting. When my old job when remote for Covid, my manager would hold telecons, despite having access to videoconference software with the capability to document and screen share (IT setup BigBlueButton ). Have you heard of Elpha? It's an online community for women in tech and also has a job board. I especially love that you can filter companies by things like %women in leadership roles, remote, flexible work schedule, lactation room in the office (!), US visa support, stated compensation philosophy, 401k matching...
