   A great product made by a great team

   Protonmail is the best secure email solution period, other products in the suite such as ProtonVPN and hopefully soon Drive and Calendar will finally make it the perfect Gsuite alternative.

   🏁 Competitors: Google Workspace, Microsoft Office 365

   👍 Pros:    Encryption|Easy to use|Excellent features|Easy integration

• Freelancers: Do you allow your clients to pay via card? Processing fees hurt

  I mean.... This is how it is everywhere... You could use bill.com but it still has a monthly fee, however if youre sending multiple invoices like so, the monthly fee is paid for in just 2 clients of yours... Honestly a $66 processing fee for $2K isn't bad... Venmo/Paypal gifted is fee-less but not recommended... Source: 7 months ago

  Bill.com have just gotten back to me saying they haven't received the money back (which nationwide said would have only taken 5 days from the 23rd November) and that SWIFT have told them that they did infact have my full name on the transaction and not my initials or anything else (unlike what nationwide told me).   We use bill.com for both our AP and AR. All online, customer can pay with a link, generates all our monthly invoices automatically, easy to generate and send hardware and project invoices on demand, can be used to pay your vendors as well, syncs with Quickbooks, customers can be set up for auto-pay via credit card (charge to us is 2.9%), you can charge a convenience fee if you want.   You might want to consider getting a domain name of your own and then get email hosting which will allow you to set up your email in the way you want. If you don't want to have to manage and pay for domain name and email hosting, you may try premium email services like Space Email, Proton Mail etc. With then you'll definitely be able to get a username/email address of your choice.   I closed all Proton Mail tabs and navigated to protonmail.com and a cleared out login area was shown. Without checking the "keep me logged in", I entered my credentials and was prompted for my 2FA info. I entered that and it worked. Source: 9 months ago
