  Hello support. I'm in the US and have a Binance.com account I opened back in 2017. I recently tried to withdraw from this account and withdrawals have been suspended. I was unaware that I needed to migrate to binance.us. I have not yet filed an appeal. I just opened a binance.us account and am awaiting appeal.   They're all using Bootstrap, so they're probably made by hand using the same theme, but they could also have used some kind of WYSIWYG editor that supports Bootstrap, like Pinegrow or Pingendo. Source: almost 3 years ago
