I recently got the Wavlink AX3000 mesh router to replace my service provided router so that I can set my own preferred DNS server (running Pihole on my Rasberry Pi). Since hooking up this router I've been seeing anywhere from 6-12 DNS queries per minute to bing.com of A and AAAA type. If you have a password manager, try searching for every account associated with your Google account, and change the email on file for that account to something more private like Tutanota/Skiff.
