I recently got the Wavlink AX3000 mesh router to replace my service provided router so that I can set my own preferred DNS server (running Pihole on my Rasberry Pi). Since hooking up this router I've been seeing anywhere from 6-12 DNS queries per minute to bing.com of A and AAAA type. I'd recommend against Handbrake. Handbrake is awesome if you need to make H.264 or H.265, but that compounds generation loss going from very lossy to very lossy. I'd strongly recommend using Shutter Encoder to make ProRes or DNxHR instead. It's based on ffmpeg, which is a big part of the underlying functionality of Handbrake too.
