I believe there are some web hosting sites that let you pay in crypto currency. I haven't done the research though to check if they make you send in identifying identification before using it though. I love the idea of AI summarize in Recorder and Chrome, but I don't find it the most useful in its current build simply because it only provides a 3 point summary, which only covers the general meeting topic (of course I already know this!).
