We have been a part of the clutch listing for the last few years. Suddenly we got a review from an unknown person on our company listing profile. We don't know the reviewer, or we didn't work with him till we got an entirely negative review on our listing (We didn't work with that person, maybe it's done intentionally with our competitor or anyone).
We informed clutch that we didn't work with such a person in the past. Then why do we have a negative review on our profile? They replied to us to answer feedback on the review with the lowest limit of 250 words. Why should we have to provide feedback to the reviewer with whom we never worked?
If the review is entirely fake, how is the clutch verifying it? We tried to contact clutch.co, and we got unexpected answers.
Clutch is biased towards clients only, claiming verification is standard but unable to share how they verified, which is unexpected.
Based on our record, Clutch.co seems to be a lot more popular than BitsForDigits. While we know about 54 links to Clutch.co, we've tracked only 1 mention of BitsForDigits. We are tracking product recommendations and mentions on various public social media platforms and blogs. They can help you identify which product is more popular and what people think of it.
