Blitzz Reviews

  1. Great and easy to use for video support

What I like the best about Blitz is that it is an interactive and user-friendly interface. It’s hassle-free to use and understandability isn’t an issue. Its customer service is above par with prompt support option to walk you through any problems that you may face, which is highly unlikely given my experience with it.

    🏁 Competitors: Zoom
👍 Pros:    First of all there is a free option that you try, and even this package has great possibilities. the best part, that you can customize your branding and sms text messages to meet your branding for remote video call invite
👎 Cons:    Hard to find with the level of customer support these guys are providing
  2. "Beautiful and easy to use for video support App"

What makes Blitzz perfect for us is that we're able to send a link to a customer for tech support, and they're able to instantly jump on a video call without having to download or install anything. As our customers are not always tech savvy, not educating them on a new tool allows us to meet them on their level, increasing our likelihood of helping them resolve their issues.

    🏁 Competitors: TechSee, SightCall
👍 Pros:    I love that i can send a link over sms/whatsapp and tell someone to open it in chrome and just know that it will work. i have had almost no issues with the service in the several years that i have used it. my clients have found it easy to connect, and the screen share has been vital to my remote business.
👎 Cons:    To be honest nothing! i think they should do a little more marketing, people don't know about them much! except that all looks good and okay for me!

Basecamp vs Pneumatic — From Startup Efficiency to Advanced Workflow Optimization
It’s a bold claim and by most accounts Basecamp executes on it with sufficient success. But then again, as the old saying goes, our greatest weaknesses are extensions of our greatest strengths: adopting Basecamp means that if you want to get the most bang for your buck out of it, you need to migrate everything into Basecamp. It won’t be a big deal if you’re just starting out...
