  My company instituted Bonusly and honestly its been great to have a system similar to what you are talking about. A way to give people 5-10 credits of recognition publicly so that it can add up to a $10 gift card after 10-20 "gifts" so far has been a great way to encourage each other to be helpful.   If you're particularly keen go onto some of the prep courses there are out there. wall street prep is one, there are other PE prep courses hawked on here for as little as 10 bucks.
