My company instituted Bonusly and honestly its been great to have a system similar to what you are talking about. A way to give people 5-10 credits of recognition publicly so that it can add up to a $10 gift card after 10-20 "gifts" so far has been a great way to encourage each other to be helpful. Eating plant based is pretty straightforward. The only thing you absolutely make sure you're getting through supplements or fortified food is B12.
