  My company instituted Bonusly and honestly its been great to have a system similar to what you are talking about. A way to give people 5-10 credits of recognition publicly so that it can add up to a $10 gift card after 10-20 "gifts" so far has been a great way to encourage each other to be helpful. • Looking for a great work management platform/app for my tiny creative agency. (Like Harvest, Cushion, etc)

  I’ve previously tried Harvest and found that it was just quite heavily geared towards teams (whereas I’m just one person). I’ve also tried Cushion (cushionapp.com), which does seem great and do most of what I want, but doesn’t integrate with Xero (thought it says it does - the integration doesn’t work).
