   Mixpanel helps track user behavior and measure success for your application

   I recommend Mixpanel to anyone who needs to do tracking of user behavior in web applications in order to measure against goals.

   🏁 Competitors: VWO, Optimizely, Convertize.io, Picreel

   👍 Pros:    Easy to use|Powerful analytics|Tracks every user actions

   👎 Cons:    Dashboard is complex|Pricing is too high|Hard to implement own data

  My company instituted Bonusly and honestly its been great to have a system similar to what you are talking about. A way to give people 5-10 credits of recognition publicly so that it can add up to a $10 gift card after 10-20 "gifts" so far has been a great way to encourage each other to be helpful.
