Fair fair. Most of the services have export functions to take your code offline, not sure if Softr does. But anycase, if you don't want to use a no-code web-based builder, then you can try something like Bootstrap Studio to build with Bootstrap CSS. I also recommend an adblocker like Adblock plus or a privacy browser like Brave to limit the amount they can learn about you when not in Private Mode. Add more gray man to your everyday web use.
